We currently offer Exchanges only, { No Refunds / Returns }, for most Tuxedos, Suits, and Formal Dresses.
Jewelry and Final Sale items may not be Exchanged or Returned.

If upon receiving your order you find that we have made a mistake please accept our apology and notify us within 3 days so that we can correct it for you as quickly as possible. 

To qualify for an exchange you must notify us within 3 business days from the day you receive your order regarding any exchanges by email to info@formalwearoutlet.com. Be sure to include your Name, Address, Order Number and specify your concerns. 

We will provide you with instructions to return the item for exchange so that the item is back at our location within 10 days from the date you receive your order. Please be advised the Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. We do not provide shipping labels. Please do not return an item without contacting us first and receiving a Return Authorization Number. 

Orders returned as undeliverable will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
