new customers wishing to outfit their Band of Choir in Concert Attire.
We offer quality traditional style New Tuxedo Jackets with matching Pants made of a washable micro-polyester fabric with satin lapels, buttons and trim. These items provide a great uniform look for your Band or Chorus Students to wear on Stage. Our $99 full Tuxedo Package package also includes a Pleated Tuxedo Shirt (previously rented), New Black Bow Tie and Cummerbund set, plus a set of Studs & Cufflinks.
Below you will find a sizing form in a PDF format as well as Excel format that you may download that we encourage you to use when submitting your order. This form can be emailed to us as an attachment. We have also included a link to our detailed instructions on how to measure your students. Keep in mind that we also ask for height and weight for each student. If you need any additional help in sizing your students please call or email us.

How to Measure for your Tuxedo
*Please Note* Students will need to have the pants hemmed to the correct length once the tuxedos arrive as these are new items and will come unhemmed.
Order Time & Shipping
From the time we receive your order via email or fax and a copy of your purchase order it takes approximately 2 business days to pull your order.
Local schools may choose to pick up their order.
Out of town orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
The shipping charges will be determined based on the weight of the items purchased after the order has been pulled.
Orders will be pulled in the order they are received. Keep in mind that the time it takes to pull your order may increase due to high order volume.
Please allow plenty of time to receive the tuxedos and give students an opportunity to try them on and hem pants before an important concert or performance.
We do our very best to verify that the measurements provided to us are accurate before pulling your order to ensure that you receive the correct sizes for your students.
Please have each member of your group try on items as soon as they are received. Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order of any exchanges that need to be made. Exchanges must be made as a group and not on an individual basis. We request that you contact us about making the exchanges before shipping items back to us so that we may more efficiently accommodate you. We must receive items to be exchanged within 10 business days of being notified that you need to exchange part of your order. No exchanges after 15 business days. Items that have missing tags/packaging, are worn or altered may not be exchanged. We offer Exchanges only, No refunds. Special order items may not be exchanged.
Terms of Payment
We accept NC Public School Purchase Orders. When using Purchase Orders payment is due net 30 days. We also accept payment by Master Card, Visa or Discover and we will accept Checks from your School or Booster account. All of the above ship immediately.
We do not accept personal checks or American Express.
North Carolina State Sales tax of 7.5% will apply to North Carolina Schools that have not filed for Tax Exempt status.
