Shipping policy

Orders are prepared Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) from our retail store located at 415 Millstone Drive Hillsborough, NC 27278. Most orders will process and ship one business day after the order is received. 

We offer Free Local Pickup, as well as USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground and Next Day Options. 

Shipping cost will be calculated and provided at check out based on the total weight of the items purchased and your destination zipcode. Estimated transit times are provided when you select your preferred shipping method. We are not able to confirm or guarantee delivery by a specific date regardless of which options is selected. Please allow additional time in transit during peak shipping times.
